LaSalle County will be the place to be in 2026 while we celebrate the United States Semiquincentennial year.
LaSalle County is part of two National Heritage Areas: the Lincoln National Heritage Area and the I & M Canal National Heritage Area, which was the first ever National Heritage Area established in 1984.
Spanning its rivers and rolling prairies, LaSalle County features 17 historic sites and museums for locals & visitors to explore.
